The staff can be a little abrupt but this may be because it is a very busy store and because it isn't clear where to queue up sometimes people get irritated. I love the fact that you get advantage card points in boots with their loyalty card and the boots branch in Peckham is very good at asking if you have your card or validating your receipts for you so you can claim your points next time you go in store. Can be a little expensive compared to other shops on the high street but the points are worth it!

The staff really are wonderful and take time to speak to you about what you require and won't just recommend the most expensive product. A great place to have locally as I will now never be without my lotions and potions.

Waiting in line for 4 hours at urgent care got me feeling SO hopeless and homesick for my regular doctor/ pharmacist back in Cali. These guys totally stepped up and made me feel SO safe and at home here. The kindest gentleman and young woman behind the counter listened to my long winded story and totally sympathized with me and got me EXACTLY what I needed to feel my best again. I am so so grateful for kind people like this especially in an industry where some people are just after the sales or don't take the time to actually LISTEN to people. They went above and beyond for me and Truly care about their clients. LOVE THAT! Thank you guys for saving my final days in London and showing me the best hospitality! I appreciate it more than anything :) Xxx

The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to handle all sorts of requests. The only real drawback is that like many businesses in the area, they're closed on weekends.

There's also apparently a really good arts supply/stationery store upstairs that I'm really happy to have found out about as I've been at a loss for where to go for some bits and bobs for making cards and that. But upstairs is one of the best fitted out art shops I have ever been in. Their paints, pens and canvas supplies are all top notch, there is no filler here, it's all quality. If you want a cheap art set go to Smiths, but if you want to have the best, come here, pay the few quid extra and you'll get the best. Why can't the bigger chains have such good stock?

Chel Pharmacy…read more... He's a real Chel guy. I'd want to Chel with him some time. Maybe I could Chellenge him to a game of Monopoly. He'd just buy all the pharmacies. And I'd be okay with that. Because if everyone ran their pharmacies like Chel, the world would be a more pharmaceutically peaceful place. Here's why: A) Dude knows medicine. He'll point you wherever you need to go in the world of pills and the like. B) He's a kind fellow. I feel like he's holding my hand as he sings technical terms into my worried mind. C) It seems like a family business. And it might be. Chel fosters a home for his customers and employees. D) Great prices. I never feel ripped off and often feel like I'm getting a great deal on the meds I get there. Overall, there are several pharmaceutical options in the area, but Chel has never let me down and he'll never let you down.
