-BADDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! -Company seems to be on the pricy side of the expense spectrum -Seemingly rude and sour manners from beautician. I was the first customer at the salon 10 minutes before the doors were unlocked at 9am. BUT the Staff decided that the lady, who had an appointment to get her hair washed but arrived after me, was more important and had me wait for 30+ minutes until I left. -Not to mention a basic trim/cut is $20.00 alone without including a tip for service. Once I noticed the price, I concluded a barber shop would be significantly cheaper and left. read more

My husbands hair turns out good here but I took my daughter and we got done wrong. We signed in more then an hour before closing and the girl was nice but kept talking about how she would be scared to come in so late because the hair stylist might mess it up. Well she did, on both of us. I ended up with a Dora cut instead of a long bob with light bangs and my daughter ended up with a very short harsh choppy mullet rather then a wolf cut. I visit this Supercuts weekly to get my hair washed and styled. The prices are very reasonable, and I know that I can trust any of the young ladies there to make my long hair look great. The manager Danika works hard to make sure her customers get the best service possible. I highly recommend! read more

Do not recommend Kelsey! Went in to get a simple haircut today and ended up with literally the worst haircut i've ever seen. literally. it was very noticeably patchy and uneven. literally uneven! the left half of my bang went to my eye and the right side stopped at the top of my forehead. and she was making horrible faces every time she made a cut. i can't make this shit up! i had to shave my head because it was that bad. someone needs to super cut up her cosmetologist license read more

I went to go and get a good hair cut that would in my mind take 10-15 min. The lady cut my hair in 5 min. It hurt, doesn't look good, and I spent 17.95 for that haircut. Highly recommend not to go. She rushed through way to fast when there was no one waiting. After I saw the results of the haircut I asked her to trim a little more on the side, two swipes she was done and it was worse. I am appalled at this store. I asked for a graduated bob and a simple eyebrow and lip wax, and I ended up with being short $40, half an eyebrow, and lots of split and uneven pieces of hair. They refused me a refund, but rather only offered to make it worse by touching my hair again. Wouldn't recommend this "salon" for anybody. Don't Great Value your hair, it's always worth the extra money. I know that now since I have to pay AGAIN for another stylist to fix my hair. read more

Went in for a normal haircut. They weren't busy at all and I got a 5 minute haircut that wasnt at all what I was looking for. Far to short. Not very personable and very rough. The stylist rushed through it. Not happy at all. read more
