My whole family came in to get my fiancés haircut done since he needed it and the lady inside was very nice and informative about everything. She let us look around and the set up is nice as all the products are on the wall and they're organized by brand too. They have good music playing that's not too loud and not too quiet so if you're waiting then you have something to enjoy. She chatted with my fiancé the whole time and did a very nice haircut on him. I actually really liked it and I think more people need to come here as they have walk ins AND appointments. Next time you want to get a haircut just come here. I haven't received a hair cut in over a year. I would drive out of state to my hair dresser that I have went to for years. With rising gas prices I decided it's time to find someone close. Went there this morning for a haircut. There were only 2 customer there. A guy with multicolored hair gave me a haircut. I told him long layers, my hair length was to the middle of my shoulder blades. It is now neck length and the cut was horrible. In my conversation with this guy he said he even ate fruit flavored soap before. I knew when he said that I would be getting a bad haircut. I will never go there again!! read more

Are they even licensed here? I've never gotten my eyebrows waxed here but I figured it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over a decade at many different places and have never had a problem until today at Supercuts. The lady that waxed mine repositioned the strip right before pulling it off and then said she knew that was horrible. I didn't fully realize how bad it was until I got to my car and was really able to look at it. There is now a big bald spot on the last half of one of my eyebrows. The second one she did looked okay. But every time she pulled the strip of wax off she was very slow with it. She knew exactly how bad her wax job was and still charged me full price. I do not recommend to anyone to go to this place. The salon in Walmart does way better and also takes walk-ins. read more

Every time I get a stylist that I like, she lasts about a year or two and then she's gone. My last favorite was Nikki. I've tried a couple others there and got, well, not what I asked for. It's hard to cut someones hair when you have to keep stopping to answer the phone or to register a client. It results in a bad hair cut. I was a hair and nail tech for 20+ years, am retired now and very picky about my hair. Now that Nikki is gone, I won't be back. I had to go all the way to Michigan to get a good hair cut this time while visiting my sister. Super Cuts just isn't consistent or reliable in keeping hair techs and there as to be a reason. read more

Waited for over an hour for my son to get a hair cut. One lady was doing a cut and dye during my entire 1.5 hr visit. The other 30 minutes to do each haircut. When done my sons hair looked like I cut it while I was drinking. read more

Came to supercuts because they're supposed to be cheap. I get my hair done by top hairstylists in Santa Barbara and I'm very disappointed because I got a trim and shampoo and conditioner and blow dry by Audra and all she did was trim an inch off and give me bangs and then took an hour to blow dry. The cost of it came out to $50 when it said on the price list $23.75. I asked how come it was that much and her answer was because I had longer hair it cost more. She didn't even blow dry all of it and it took way too long. Thankfully she did an okay job on the cut. If I ever come again I will specifically ask to not be done by Audra. She ripped me off because she doesn't have that much experience and my hair was longer than the norm. She sucks read more
