Bryn did an excellent job with my hair--probably the best trim I've had in a while, and I've gone to multiple different salons over the past few years. I have fine hair that I get highlighted roughly every 6 months and I heat style every day, so I have a lot of breakage (near the back of my head especially). Bryn took the time to look closely at my hair and understand what kind of cut/trim I was looking for, and during the cut she was careful and took her time. I left the salon highly satisfied with my clean, even trim that rid me of dead ends while also leaving me with some length and layers. My hair was also feeling much healthier! I will come back to Timeless Salon for future haircuts/trims, and I will also likely switch to getting highlights here as well.

My interaction with Lacy has always been pleasant; she's hilarious which is a nice change from awkward, fill-in-the-silence small talk that you get at other salons. I don't expect a salon to serve me any beverages because it's not a cafe and Lacy is not a barista. But she does have water and tea, which you can serve yourself.
