If my 5-weeks-out knee replacement wasn't killing me, I might've stuck it out, (made that clear before booking a month ago). I even switched the date at late notice, per her text request this past Saturday, and that wasn't the first time. I paid her for the color, but since she didn't get around to the cut after being there an hour after scheduled appointment time, my forbearance had been drained.

She has made jokes and laughed about deceased people and has made comments involving deceased loved ones that I found deeply disrespectful and hurtful. What concerned me even more was that she took it upon herself to find my personal address and send it to me. Regardless of the circumstances, I feel that crossing that boundary was completely unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. I understand that people have different personalities and senses of humor, but there is a line between joking around and making someone uncomfortable by bringing up their deceased loved ones or involving their personal information. I'm sharing this because I believe management should be aware of how this employee's behavior is being experienced by others. This is a serious lack of professionalism, and I hope it is addressed appropriately.
