Having just moved from Hollywood to Ft Lauderdale I decided to check out this Supercuts as I used to go to one by my house. First haircut a month or so ago. 18.99 for a men's cut. Ok $2 more expensive than the 16.99 I was used to paying by me in Hollywood. Maybe because it's close to the cruise terminal I figured a little surcharge. No big deal. Go back yesterday to get my second haircut since we have been here and look at price when I walk in... 22.99. 40% higher than other Supercuts for what reason? Place was empty. Go figure. This Supercuts has been my go-to place for quite some time now. I am a loyal customer of Rafael...I just let him do his thing and I always know everything will look great. I tell him "you are the expert, you know what looks good...I trust you". And so far this has been a great strategy. Rafael has always done right by me. I am getting on in years and have more and more grey hair and I do what I call "the blend". They have a poster on the wall showing the before and after and I just point to that poster and say I want that service and the color match is always spot on I noticed a lot of people leaving nasty reviews because of prices. This place overcharged me for a haircut and added a product I didn't ask for and they said it was "included". The cut showed $10 less on the receipt than the estimate I was given and the product was added to the bill. I called about this situation and the stylist agreed to refund me the amount of the product but charge me the same amount I paid for the cut. For example: the estimate was $55 but the cut on the receipt was $45 and a $7 product was added and a supposed $3 discount was give. If they would just be honest and charge me ONLY what I asked for, I would happily go back. But they try every which way to take more of your money. You won't be seeing me again. read more

Moved to this store because my hair cutter Linda has relocated here. I have been with Linda for about 6 years at a location 2 minutes walk from my home but will gladly drive the extra distance so that she can cut my hair. During this time the salon has safety procedures in place, masks, social distancing and appointments. Cleaning in between clients. I feel totally secure. Horrible this place is trash AWFULL ruined my beautiful hair and made it all ugly and Puffy. It Not Cheap and there work is AWFUL they should close such horrible place. Made an appointment for noon for a men's haircut. Arrived on time and was told we'd have to come back 30 minutes later. We came back and still had to wait 15 minutes. No one took our temperature The woman did not listen to a word I said during her "consultation" about how my boyfriend wanted his curly hair cut, if she had I wouldn't be leaving this review. She did however answer the phone 8 times and never cleaned her hands or changed her gloves once. She also cut off all of my boyfriends curls which were hiding his hairline. Don't be lazy with clippers and then wonder why there's a poof of curls on the front of your clients head that you then proceed to cut off. He only tipped you bc he felt bad for you. This place does not care about your time, your hair or your safety. One of the worst hair cut experiences I've ever had! This woman sprayed me down with a spray bottle instead of washing my hair! Didn't even ask. My hair is curly dry and frizzy. It was like she was cutting my hair after I walked through a light humid Florida rain shower. She then has the nerve to ask if I use conditioner as she is ripping the brush though my dry fizz. I called costumer service to see if a wash was standard with a cut and all he could say was he didn't cut hair so he didn't know their policy. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment through google yesterday for today. I then get an email this morning. An hour before my appointment saying it was cancelled. I called to see what r was going on and LILY or LILLIAN answered and was rude the second she icjrd up. Came in as a walk-in this morning. Two barbers were at the helm. Three children in front of me lady said 15-20 mins ended up being 30, that was understandable. Jumped in the seat, I've had my hair done for 15 years from same barber somewhere else but was only good at fades. Wanted something different. They delivered, met my expectations and then some. Very impressed in the seat and out within 15 mins. Was nervous about changing my hair style but they executed exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys. The review about unsterile combs before mine is nothing to worry about they use a new comb and new cape every cut. Ten stars if I could give it to them.
