CONSUMER BEWARE: I hired Joshua Sanchez in November of 2021 to paint my home. I declined to give a…read morereview at that time because there were many issues. Most of which were resolved but, it wasn't pleasant dealing with him. Unfortunately, I had to contact Mr. Sanchez again recently, due to the fact the paint on the ceiling of my front porch is blistering, cracking and beginning to peel. He came out and took no responsibility. He said the paint is blistering because the ceiling is made of drywall and humidity or water will cause that. He told me it's a problem with my roof and it must be leaking. My roof is only a couple of years old. I told him that he should have taken into consideration that the ceiling is made of drywall when he did the job. But, now it's going to crack and peel and it's my problem after hiring him and paying him $2800. He said, "I come, I paint the house, that's it." I told him I have a 3 year warranty. He said, "So, what does that mean? Do you expect to paint it like a new house?" Those are his words verbatim. I was taking notes because I knew he was going to give me a hard time based on the last time I had to deal with him. He didn't like my attitude and I sure enough didn't like his. The conversation became heated and we were both speaking in raised voices. He left stating he wasn't dealing with me and he wasn't fixing it. Mr. Sanchez is unprofessional, his work is subpar, and the warranty on his work is worth less than the paper it's printed on. Save yourself a headache, don't hire him.

Right from the point of the project quote, I found Michael to be professional in regard to coming on the day and time we agreed to quote the job and giving me great suggestions to ensure the paint job would be as expected. This company is run professionally and efficiently. From the original quote, to following up calls to go over the job and to also confirm dates and arrival times. The painting team were great and brought in paint samples to help us decide on colors. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company and am so happy to have had a chance to work with them.

They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job faster than estimated. Jeff was able to catch some things we hadn't noticed before, like closet ceilings being painted the same color as the walls. He offered to pick up additional white ceiling paint so they would match at a reasonable cost. Jeff and his team were nice, friendly, and easygoing and they did quality work. They walked through the home with us once they were finished and were happy to touch up any remaining spots. Overall, they left our house clean and looking really nice with fresh paint. 4.5 stars for this bonded, insured, & licensed company. If not for one issue, easily 5 stars. This…read morehusband & wife duo came highly recommended by a friend (who's my handyman). They have painted together for 26 years. And they made painting look ever so easy! I asked for a quote for my two story home as well as a quote for just the bottom floor-- both interiors. (No exterior work.) I later decided that I'd hire this couple to paint just the main floor because I can pretty easily paint the top floor myself... & I always like saving money. They came out & asked me questions, checked the square footage of the area I wanted painted, & took notes, etc. Within two days, I was provided with two written quotes (emailed to me). The work was scheduled, & they competed the job as promised over a 2.5 day period. (I didn't need to be home while they worked.) They not only completed the painting, they did a phenomenal job! I honestly cannot find one mistake on any wall or baseboard, & the tiny flaws on a few pieces of trim I easily corrected myself (although they would have quickly driven over to do it-- they texted immediately to see if I was happy w/ the end results.) Just incredible painting! They even painted my tall stairwell beautifully & hung a new (old) mid-century painting for me high on the wall -- see pic. Then they gratiously returned all my furniture to its original locations. This couple uses Sherwin Williams paint. They bring all their supplies & clean up their wares nightly. My home looked cleaner after they left...lol. I can't express how impressed I am with their preparation, painting, professionalism & work ethic! Not one speck of paint on my floors! Soooo impressed! I put down a deposit of 25% via personal check, & paid the balance via debit card (over the phone) after the work was completed. Had I used my credit card, there would have been a 3% charge to cover their credit fees, which is often standard for non-commercial painters. Why did I subtract .5 stars? Because they quoted a price, but erred when providing the estimate; they neglected to ask me the paint color I wanted for the baseboards, trim, & doors. Because I didn't select basic white, a second coat would be needed, which meant I needed to pay an additional $210-- that I had originally not been quoted. To be fair, they should have split the difference w/ me, but I can't fault them for wanting compensation for the extra paint & time. And I am very satisfied with the end results. Would DEFINITELY use this couple again! Have never seen better painting-- almost flawless! And their price was less than a popular competitor's estimate.
