i love going to this vape store because they dont even care about my age? (14 btw) they supply me with vapes as long as im willing to pay a higher price. i would recommend this store to anyone under the age of legally being allowed to vape. read more

Scammed me of over $700!!!!! Don't go through this company! Their website seemed legit, their confirmation email for order seemed legit, correspondence seemed legit, until another "delivery company" got involved saying I had to pay another $200 shipping insurance otherwise my order was going to stay in their holding area until I did pay. Email after email back and forth and extremely unprofessional I'll also add. I contacted Super Vape Australia by return email to the confirmation of order email I received so at this point I'm still thinking it's legit, they confirmed that I needed to pay the shipping insurance and that I had been sent multiple emails requesting me to do so, this was not true, I'd received nothing but as the request came from him, I finally paid the "shipping insurance" and no correspondence since. Extremely pissed off to say the least. I asked if I could pick my order up as they are only in Brisbane otherwise I wanted a refund immediately. Kept receiving aggressive emails from the "delivery company " and the company name they used is "trusted choice co, again I looked into it and company seemed legit. They too kept asking for the $200 shipping insurance fee and once I told them I paid it to Super Vapes the reply email I got was very pushy and clearly pissed of that I didn't pay it to then, I said Super Vapes are your clients who organised the shipping and to contact them about the funds as they now have them. No further correspondence. The following names were referenced in the back and forth correspondence: Max Gallagher - initial payment sent to him. Bryce Morgan brycecunningham5@gmail.com - asked to paid shipping insurance to that pay ID which for blocked because the name on the account was different. Craig Torrens craigtorrens750@gmail.com A/C 320263171 BSB 923100 Reaganaconnor@icloud.com BSB 062761 A/C 10152600 I'll also mention that I did LIVE chat with their support through their website and all seemed legit too but clearly wasn't. read more

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Got Aegis X mods from here for Christmas and it is so smooth and nice to use. Highly recommend going here. Other stores have made me feel stupid but Lexi, Bill and Ben (the Super Vape Men) are so awesome I keep wanting to go back. Thanks heaps read more

After 10 years of smoking and starting to feel the effects of a long term habit. I was given a vape to try. Whilst still smoking 40 a day I slowly cut down and saw the many pluses associated with changing too vaping. My family saw the improvement and I was able to start helping others around me switch over and try vaping. It is my passion to help people see the health benefits that come along with the switch. That the fact based knowledge we have is turning peoples lives around with 95% less risk the conventional smoking. Thus Super Vape Store Fortitude Valley was born.

Meet the Business Owner: Bill and Ben C.

My son and I took on the vaping world after I saw his life turn completely around from smoking to vaping. He was able to kick the habit and had the passion to help others like himself. We saw us opening a store not only as a business opportunity but also as a way to help and meet local people in Brisbane. We are American through and through and our business is family owned and run. We are and independent franchise and are very unconventional in our approach to sales to customers, customer service, communication, knowledge, health facts, and a wide variety of stories.
