Ambiance-wise, it's a charming room with wooden table-tops set atop barrels of wine. The service is welcoming and friendly, and the prices are average.
As a starter, we had the housemade fries, which were excellent! We also tried the chicken strips, squid sticks, and meatballs; these were fairly good too.
To make the evening more festive, we also enjoyed two pitchers of sangria with our food :-)
The only complaint I have is that while the servers were all very friendly, we had to wait far too long between courses - almost thirty minutes. Despite this, I'd recommend this place to others, and plan to return.
