They put a confidence in me that I was getting the right products. The professionalism and service was great and ad in some humor and you have a happy husband etting some points at home. My wife spent aprox 7 hours getting all her services done in a relaxing and relational atmosphere. Miranda and Alfred were 2 names she remambered from the spa. I a a loyalist once a business proves itself in service and atmosphere. This spa under the watchful eye of the owners and staff have won my continued patronage on behalf of my wife. The manicure was fine but when she asked for the polish that they used on her the girl refused her and even though it was posted in the spas that you would received the polish that they used on her they would not let her have the tiny bottle for touch ups in case she got a chip before the wedding. Any spas that I have been to gives you the polish after the manicure. Won't be purchasing gift certificates from this spas again. Mom of the groom.

I have been receiving gift cards for a couple years as gifts because this was my favourite salon,…read moreunfortunately that is no longer the case. I booked a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. The parafen wax pedicure is luxurious and feels great. I will say the amount of colours is disappointing. My shellac manicure started to lift that night peeling off. This was hugely disappointing as we were leaving on vacation. I was able to get in to repair the faulty nail the next day. We were gone one week and within that time all of the shellac nails were peeling. For this reason I wouldn't get another manicure there. The pedicure has held up. When I went to pay I had previously confirmed I had more then the amount of services in gift cards on file but the lady at the til couldn't access it so I had to leave a credit card number and talk to the manager the next day. This took 20 minutes standing while the clerk was not able to use the system. Poor service and definitely room for some coaching. I could overlook the system access issues this if the quality of the service was there but it wasn't. There is lots of competition in this industry so I will be looking elsewhere to ask for gift cards from.
