And this salon will not even reply to my messages. I just want to know if it is normal and what could have caused it. I do like my new hair cut and my eyebrow wax looks great. I seemed to be the last appointment of the day (at 3pm on a Saturday) though their hours state open til 6pm and they take walk ins, but it was just me and they stylist and someone sweeping and mopping. It did feel a bit rushed but the stylist was pleasant and the environment was nice. However, the painful, itchy and ugly rash does override the good feelings I might have had otherwise.

The manicure was fine but when she asked for the polish that they used on her the girl refused her and even though it was posted in the spas that you would received the polish that they used on her they would not let her have the tiny bottle for touch ups in case she got a chip before the wedding.
