Joseph and Matt, the dynamic duo of Super Electric. Both have never worked on a doublewide mobile, so they asked a lot of questions. I have been upgrading my coach (doublewide) slowly. I hired Super Electric to install down lights throughout the house. The first job was in my master bedroom and closet. I was delighted in that it really modernized the room bringing up to date. Next I hired them to install the lights in my formal living room that sits on the end of the coach encompassing both sides of the unit. There was a question on how to cross the marriage line to install only one switch to control lights on both sides. I watched them figure it out. With the information they were given, they came up with a better solution than drilling a small hole in the marriage line above the ceiling. They not only figured out how to get across the ceiling air duct that runs down one side lengthwise of the coach, but also to cross the marriage line without drilling. They did a clean job. They only had to patch the holes at the switch plate at the entrance to the room. No holes except the holes for the lights were made. It looks good and I am very happy with this project. I can now turn the lights on before I enter the room. These lights once again are the final touch to modernizing the room and the price is right. They also installed some down lights in my office. They are friendly, professional, respectful and artistic . I would recommend them to relatives and friends. Not sure why it has me in San Francisco. I've replaced two and both times he went the extra mile to make sure the ceiling bracket had good stability and could hold the fans without falling from the ceilings. My husband bought an electric car and we needed to have a Level II EV (220V 50A) outlet installed in the garage. I also had a couple of other less urgent electrical projects around the house that I wanted to have done while I had an electrician in the house (i.e. having electric fan replaced in laundry room, an overhead light installed where there was no electrical hookup there, as well as having an outlet moved higher so that is behind a wall-mounted TV). Michael responded to my request for a quote right away and set up a time to come by for an estimate. Communication was awesome and everything was explained really well. Michael always gave a reminder call ahead just to confirm they were coming by. Edgar did most of the work and did an excellent job. We also had a second guy (Joe) come by to help out and he was also very professional and communicated everything well. This is a great company! Michael contacted me right away and gave me a price and his number. I called and he arranged for his guy (Joseph) to come that evening. Unfortunately, Joseph got stuck on a job in the Bay area and couldn't make it that night. Joseph had texted me throughout the day to give me updates on Joseph's arrival but when Joseph got stuck Michael called me to let me know and set a new time for the next day. On this call he mentioned he would make it up to me for Joseph not making it. Joseph came the next day and he was great! Not only did he know what he was doing, he worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was very interesting and friendly as well. I enjoyed talking to him as he worked. Can't say enough about Super Electric. We purchased an older home and needed quite a bit of work to get it to where it needed to be. Spoke to Michael over the phone and was able to get a quote and set up an appt. for the next day! He went over everything with me and explained what needed to be done and why and answered all questions I had. They came out the next day and got to work! Was quoted 3-5 days for the work, but ended up taking 6, which was fine by us considering we needed a lot more done than what was originally quoted.
