There is loads of options and any type of meat from duck and lamb to beef and chicken. The staff are friendly and helpfull. It's not in the centre of hastings so it's quiter then most restaurants and if ur lucky enough to sit by the window u have a nice view of the beach.

We avoided the chocolate fountain as kids like to dip their fingers in it. Has a noisy atmosphere but that was no problem for us. The £4.95 cocktail I had lacked any oomph to it, as the cranberry and orange juice was not the best. We didn't come out hungry at all, and despite small niggles would go back again.

The restaurant itself is small and decorated with various Chinese paintings and statues. This is where the positives end...... The staff have the personality of a terracotta warrior. None. Nothing. Zip. They look at you like your a nuiscance and a chore (one even let out a big sigh when he gave us the menus). They give the impression that YOU are ruining THEIR evening! By the time you get your drinks (which is a while) you may need to use the toilets. To do this you have to walk through the hotel bar (DD is connected to a hotel) which when we went was full of drunks and rowdy kids, just the sort of thing I go to restaurants to avoid. Most importantly, and most damning, was the food. We had the mixed starter platter including prawn toast, ribs, satay chicken and seaweed. It was all dry, overcooked and mostly bland, aside from the peanut sauce which was really overseasoned. We paid for it and didn't stay for mains.

Food 'delivered' but never arrived after over 2 hours I drove there!…read more We made a delivery order for ~£40 at 1945 Saturday (17/9/16). The estimated delivery time was 2115 (1.5 hours). By 2130 we had not received the order and it was already marked as delivered. We attempted to call the restaurant over 100 hundred times but they were constantly engaged. I drove to the restaurant and explained the situation. The lady walked off to find out and never came back. Another lady asked me how she could help, I explained AGAIN and she said "sorry about that". While I was at the restaurant I heard others complaining, so I doubt my experience was an isolated incident. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant. Errors do happen, but they made absolutely no attempt to rectify it.
