I went there today on my way home from the fire station to get my truck washed. Went through the car wash. Went to Giant Eagle for some groceries. Noticed the wheel wells were still dirty and there was still bird poop on the quarterpanels. Went back to the car wash within 30 minutes. Pulled up explained to the girl why I was back she stated "once you leave you can't come back". I said well if I don't get out of my truck and see that it's not clean how do I know it's not clean? She said "that's our policy". I said you guys have been advertising, pushing hard for new customers, and this is your attitude? She stayed, "we have plenty of new customers". I was like seriously? I left. I will never ever return to a place I supported for YEARS.

They were efficient and friendly people. They charged me what was quote. Smith and sons is the true American business and we need more of this in America. They are next door to a busy pilot but have their own space. I was able to park for the evening and on the road the next day. They left over half the bolts loose. They welded my exhaust flange shut instead of getting the proper stud and nut. I cannot express enough how much of a disappointment this shop was.
