I was not notified of any other changes in delivery. Delivery arrives. I only ordered so I could get Hollandaise sauce so I could cook Eggs Benedict for a guess and no where local had stock. I did not get hollandaise, I got Peri Peri Mayo that I did not want or need. I received a block of chocolate I did not order. I don't eat chocolate. If you are out of stock, that's fine, I get it. Communicate though. Don't presume that I'd prefer choc over the Hollandaise that I actually needed. I hope management address this issue. I won't shop at this store again. I don't care about a refund.

We bought things that are supposedly frozen and shelved in fridge but has already gone stale. We called up as we can't go immediately back to the store. I told them nicely that perhaps they would like to check the fridge or there might be a problem with the transit. Staff wouldn't deal with a refund. She gave me the boss number INO Jen ph: 0406688757. After speaking to her for 8 minutes telling her the problem, she asked, "what's the problem?" Then she passed me to a man who would not give me a name. After telling him the problem, he said that he would only do a refund if it was their fridge problem. Then he repeated what was the problem. He seemed to not understand a thing I said. Perhaps he pretended not to understand. Staff said the owner David had been in Aust for years. We will keep the products and submit it to the local council and lodge a formal complaint to the food authority. These 2 dishonest Chinese nationals cannot practice in Australia with no obligation to food safety and laws!
