It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Their only excuse is that they are 'waiting on their insurance.' A reputable, professional business would make the customer whole immediately and handle their own insurance claims internally, rather than passing the delay and frustration onto the client. Leaving a customer stuck with a broken TV for months is terrible practice. I highly advise against using this company.
