There's a decent selection of healthier foods, but also a large amount of packaged, ultra-processed options. Gluten-free choices were very limited--I couldn't even find gluten-free crackers. My younger self would've loved shopping here. Middle-aged me, with food allergies and sensitivities, shops more carefully now. Even so, I'll still be back.
