Called JunkIt Plus and they worked with me and got me what I needed in a timely manner. Not only did were they cheaper, but they also let me keep the dumpster longer. Then when it came down to delivering the dumpster, they upgraded it to a larger size and kept the same negotiated price. Customer service has been easy to reach and responsive, they were prompt with providing the dumpster, they put wood underneath to protect the driveway, and have been great to work with throughout. It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The workers arrived in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. They removed the articles and then when it was time to pay they called the office and were told the cost was $375.00. I paid them in cash, got no receipt and was truly unhappy that the price increased $100.00 from the original quote. I won't be using them again and al l I can say is get a quote in writing.
