When I picked up and bit into my cheese pizza it was cold I came back to let them know and I would like my pizza reheated they said ok they would retext me when it was ready and that never happened. I came to check up on the order because my daughter was hungry. They told me it was being warmed up and to wait a minute but they didn't even know what they were doing because they give my pizza away to someone else they told me they had no more to offer me and my daughter while Armand was being very rude and petty almost rubbing it in my face. He was inconsiderate and told me that that pizza never come out cold and pretty much placing the blame on me. I even came back around and they were all talking about me when I walked back out and mocking me, because I was upset that they lost my food and my daughter was hungry. I used to support this place because I love my town but I will never come to this dirty falling apart movie theater because of your general manager.

The amount of detail, creativity, passion, and the dedication for absolute perfection truly showed why Taylor is a master of her craft and why she is a true Icon in the music industry. ----------------------------------- And here is how it went down... I had seen that this special release party was going to be released in theatre's at the same time that we were going to be visiting Palm Springs for the weekend so I secretly purchased tickets in advance to surprise my wife and 3 daughters. The day of the show, we drove from P.S. to La Quinta and made our way to the Century Theatre's. Once inside, We grabbed our popcorn, our candy, our Icee's and at 12:00 sharp, it was Showtime! Not really knowing what to expect about what we were about to watch, I was excited to see my 3 daughter's faces light up and watch how their eyes were glued to the Big Screen with anticipation. Fast forward to the end of the film... Wow.... Wow. Wow. Wow!!! Talk about Epic! I was so glad we were able to experience this on the big screen, it really gave insight to her album and a better appreciation of her talents and why we are fans. The huge issue they have is no reclining seats. We always go to the River and will continue as the seats at this theater are tight and one struggles to be able to cross their legs. Reclining seats are the standard now in movie theaters. I'm sure it's not inexpensive but it is your only future to take back market share. Do I want coach or first class? I'll choose first class every time.

A cute little park right across the street and close to a good amount of restaurants and a brewery. There's plenty of parking. A covered parking structure about a 2 minute walk away and next door is a carport with a good amount of parking. The spots are for compact car and a little tight though. There's also street parking and another parking lot behind the park. The ticket counter is out front and inside is a beautiful theatre. Also, they're all the updated screens and seating. Stadium seating with recliner seat. Done are the days where you hope someone tall isn't sitting in front of you where you can't see. Now the seats are all comfy seats and recline for the movie experience. Also each level are situated with the stadium where you are not in someone's ways when watching the screen. The isle is wide for easy access. I'm not sure how many screens are there but it does look pretty big when you walk inside. The concession stand is right when you walk in. Tickets are pretty much similar to other places. But during the preview I saw that on certain days they offer the classic movies for very cheap. That goes for the popcorn as well. It's a beautiful theatre that's worth going to the movies for.
