We also enjoyed the Bao, it was a surprise to have Foodie quality Asian fusion and drinks in Italy. We have loved Italy, but most of the spirits we had had here lack the intent and focus of the food. The vibe is authentically Cuban right down to the owner/bartender wearing a fedora and the antique radio behind the bar. The bartender made drinks that were of a quality you would expect at the fanciest of cocktail bars. He was exuberant to share his love of Cuba with us, and made us feel right at home. Definitely a must stop if in town and looking for something a little different than the standard piazza fare. A+.
