At our…read morenew patient appt, she told me that my cat and dog both needed "bioscan" testing on their saliva, costing hundreds of dollars. The entire office then ghosted me and refused to give me the results or my money back. I called, texted, emailed, and even sent a certified letter in the mail demanding results or a refund. She also sold me a bunch of herbal remedies that did absolutely nothing and told me to stop vaccinating my pets and not to give them any heartworm or flea medication. She also claimed she could feel their inflamed organs by touching them. This happened in 2022 and I am honestly still mad about it. This woman should not have a license to practice or a business license.
