However, they don't know how to remove paint oxidation. They told me it won't come off, that the wall must be wiped down with a rag. So I hired a paint company to rewashed the siding. This company pretreated the siding with a chemical and then washed the oxidation right off! I'm currently asking Star City Pro Wash for 1/2 of the money back as they've done nothing to the house, except shooting water from the ground up. Will update this if I get a result. Updates: They came out and partially refund me for the vinyl siding and also admitted their fault. Hence I gave them 4 stars for service and ethical conduct.
