Do not live here nothing a but a bunch of old hags with no lives run it. They have no respect, class, or morals. They lie over the phone and do unlawful practices to cheat you. Have a lawyer ready, they will try to manipulate and scare you. They use bullying tactics to try and get their way. Some of the rules are no nude swimwear, all curtains must be the same color even though you own your condo, they don't want any dogs/ people on the lawn. But the office hag always has her nasty little barking dogs all over and doesn't pick up their mess. The old people treat this place like a retirement home it's not. They constantly have grandkids over leaving their toys or pool items out. Asking invasive questions like where you live just to use the pool. The old people who live here try to boss you into following rules but they can't even follow the no drinking by the pool rule. They don't care about these people, my husband and I gave food to an elderly women because her husband was dying and she could no leave to get food. Disgusting people and association do not give these people your hard earned money or live here. Also many people have little dogs here who are not trained living here who bark incessantly. They also spray a bunch of chemicals around for pest control but I'm pretty sure it's not ok for your animals. read more
