Just a young kid that stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked to see the film that would be applied, and he showed my a box of clear tint, but could not tell me anything about it. So we called Naus (sp), and I asked him about the authenticity of the XPEL film. He could not answer my questions either. When he showed up to the shop 25 minutes later, he had no idea how to show me he was putting on the film I asked for. Then, he goes on to tell me he doesn't carry the XPEL XR Plus 70 film, but he had "88." I was unhappy with being totally misled or scammed into coming there and wasting a lot of time. I have checked, and XPEL does not make a 88 film, so he lied to me. On XPEL's website when you search for an authorized installer, this company is not on that list. I strongly suggest consumer steer far away from this place.

Unfortunately my wrap had bad scratches and tore when the damage happened so i have to rewrap my hood but the dents are gone and he only charged my around $200. Today Sunday, February 16th, 2025, we arrived at the entrance, where the car wash attendant directed us into the tire rails; however, he appeared preoccupied with his headphones. During previous visits, the attendants typically sprayed the front hood of the vehicle. This visit lacked that usual cleaning.. The wash area certainly have ample vacuum cleaners, however, they seem to be lacking towels and cleaning supplies such as glass cleaner and tire shine, which I have obtained at the Hurricane Car was on Cleveland Ave and Take Five on Lee Blvd. To optimize cleaning efficiency, I recommend Mr. Wash to purchasing 55-gallon drums of bug wash so the customers can brush the front where bugs collect. Upon exiting the wash bay, we proceeded to the vacuuming area and observed numerous broken vacuum hoses strewn on the ground. This area appears to be neglected by the employees. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and will not be renewing our monthly membership.

The GM admitted the damage but said they wouldn't cover repairs since I had an aftermarket sensor -- instead offering only a $35 free month. I spent $248 at Firestone and lost work time dealing with the repair and swapping tires in their parking lot. Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk.
