This place has the absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced! I was charged twice for…read morethe same purchase and after bringing this issue to this staff, it turned into a nightmare. The clerk got vulgar and obscene, then the assist. Manager Jen escalated the entire situation! NEVER was there an attempt to help resolve the issue. THEN, when calling customer support and stating my frustration about the entire situation, the phone customer support specialist got nasty and actually hung up on me!! At no time was there ever an attempt to remedy the situation or any information given about the reason for the second transaction or when i would be reimbursed. At every level Speedway customer service failed. They did not help but only made matters worse time and time again. So horrible was the experience that I refuse to spend another penny at any location and remind people when I can of my experience when dealing with them.

Numerous times go to order large pizzas and they are out of crusts so have to order the personal pizzas which are way overpriced compared to the large. They need to do a better job with inventory on hand and keeping the equipment working and staffed.

First of all i love meijer and i travel. I am very brand loyal to this place. I do the mperks, have…read morea meijer credit card, shop online there etc. This is by no means a review of the entire chain. This gas station though is not only the worst gas station they have and believe me I've been all over, its the worst one in this area on general. It also happens to be the one i live closest to. Worst management EVER!! With only a couple exceptions staff is either sluggish or unfriendly. Stock is god awful most times. It feels like the gas station that runs from scraps from the store. Their gas pumps- holy slow batman!!! A couple of years ago it got very cold and every gas pump everywhere slowed down. These never recovered. Most people stop pumping well before they intended. Its beyond unreasonable. People at the pumps here audibly complain and voice these complaints each time to each other and to staff. Last time i heard a staff person say "Right now they're running a bit slow" Right now? A bit? Its been like that at least two years!!! A bit? Seriously? Itll take you twenty minutes to put in 40 dollars, no joke. Again, most people don't have that time when they stop for gas and so they just stop anywhere between 15-20 dollars. Its very very audible at the pumps because the slowness is just that much out of the ordinary. Its almost like its a practical joke how bad it is. Check pumps, desperately needs new managers, asst managers. There is a reason this place is the slowest gas station in Davison while people are lining up elsewhere, this ones a ghost town in comparison. Again, not a review of meijer or any other of their gas stations. The rest have all been pretty normal and I've been to a lot of them. This one though....its hard to believe this gas station is even a reality. Only giving a second star due to the couple people who aren't even management who are friendly, genuine, helpful. Meijers needs to clean house here desperately.
