Top notch boutique guest house in beautiful Yorkshire. The setting is beautiful, and peaceful. The house is immaculately presented with first class facilities, the hosts welcoming and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. Tastefully furnished rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is top quality, among the best I've ever encountered. The location is ideal for Holmfirth, a busy and touristy little town, with a lively night life and very well served by restaurants and excellent pub grub. The guest house is a short stroll from the town, but far enough away to be quiet. The town is best known as the location for Last of the Summer Wine, and there are tours etc, if that's your interest. If you're thinking of staying in the area, this place is worth considering. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Check out the trip advisor reviews. read more
