One day, I noticed the pumps had been torn out and lots of construction was going on. People paid attention. After all, it's the last place to get gas, food and snacks on your journey to elsewhere...or El Dorado Lake. I took plenty of pics, as I am impressed with the Phoenix rising from the ashes. There is even a liquor store built right into it, next door. Now, lots of people are coming in. I like this little store already, but now it stands proud on the East side of El Dorado!

I felt that a retailer should honor a marked price in their store so I boycotted Sunny's for eight months! Last week I stopped by the store in hopes of speaking to the manager but instead encountered the same salesman as mentioned in the before indecent. I very calmly tried to communicate with him only to be met with a very agitated and aggressive response. He accused me spending 45 minutes in the cooler and posting an old sign which I had found in the cooler. Both are false accusations!

They've messed up here lately.Today I put in an order for six bottles of wine for a party and I was informed that there was only five. I put it on the card for today. They sent me a message and said the order was ready and I didn't really look at the bottles of wine closely it very closely. They came out with two bottles of wine! I suppose places OK if you just want a bottle or so. But if you're trying to plan for a party, go somewhere else. They have become very unreliable. update: after looking at the bottles of wine that they gave me closely they baited and switched the vintage. When I called she tried to give me some bullshit about how they don't always know. If I can see the date on the wine bottle, they should be able to see the date on the wine bottle.
