The nail work is amazing and I love giving my money to a small business run by a family! The owners are very nice and always greet me by name, and there's even an option to schedule appts via text which I love having that option! The female owner, Hien does beautiful nail art! Two stars because they gave me appointment last minute & salon was in area. No idea the name of gal who gave me my pedicure, no conversation with me at all but spoke in her native language to other gal doing a customers manicure. This was the fastest pedi on record. Only words spoke to me were "pick color here" & chart was dropped on chair where I was to sit & during pedicure I said "cut short please", to which she answered "I heard hou!" OMG! Rush job, very limited grooming of nails, 2 warm RAGS, not clean white towels, slapped on my legs..." feel good, right!" When I had called & asked fee told $35 but when she came over to me after, she said "cash or card". I said cash & she said $40 dollar! Which I would have give as a courtesy anyway but she wanted to make sure "GET TIP"! read more

I went in at a very busy time as a walk in. I wish they had just turned me away. I waited for quite a while then she takes me and I kid you not the pedicure was so fast!!!! She only put on one coat of polish and one coat of top polish. Polish seemed like it needed to be thinner. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. She never did my heels. I am visiting Massachusetts from Texas and I went in to treat myself to a gel manicure and my experience was great! Cuticles were taken care of and lots of attention was put into my nails. My nail tech even made sure I was certain about my nail color by showing me the color on the brush once she opened it and let me change my mind. Conversation was sweet between the two of us and at the end I was given a lotion hand massage and hot towel. I would recommend this place to anyone. The color I had in the picture was #132 Lemon Tea. worst place I've ever gone to. Very unprofessional doesn't follow proper hygiene. The girl that did my nails kept dropping things on the ground, picking them up and using them on me. Also rushed through the whole nail fill and her paint job and tidiness is awful. left me with sharp edges and excess around my nail bed and also on the tips. Polish is very bumpy and dull. Definitely not worth the money that they charge for an awful service. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had unfortunately. My two friends and I made an appointment hours in advance so we assumed there would be enough employees to go around, right? Wrong. One man started on the 3 of us. I only got a gel manicure so he chose me to go first so as to get to the other two as quickly as possible. It took 5 minutes. Barely any cleaning/prepping before he slapped on 3 coats of polish and called it a day. They're so thin I forget it was supposed to be gel. I could perhaps forgive if we had been a walk-in, but an appointment well in advance? Inexcusable. Was considering them for my friend's wedding but no more! read more

Called a day in advance for an appointment, arrived on time and they didn't start my nails for another 45 minutes. The sign on the door stated "appointment only", but they clearly overbooked themselves. When I sat down they didn't clean the area and left the old, wet towel for my to use (which I did not!). I got French tips and they're uneven widths, my nail shape is uneven and mismatched. I asked for a full manicure and all that means is a bit of lotion at the end. It was not a good experience overall. My nail tech was friendly, though. Won't be going back again :( read more

Made an appointment for a 9:30 am pedicure with my friend. They were clearly overbooked and took no more than 5 minutes on my feet before rushing over to do my friends. The polish was then slapped on, it was all over my skin and never cleaned off. The second layer was slapped on by a different employee. I had two separate employees looking at my nails and neither seemed to notice that almost every nail was smudged, smeared, and streaky. After asking to have them fixed, a third coat was slapped on in addition to a top coat before anything had dried. I left thinking I'd just clean off the excess polish on my skin later. Well, later comes around and I notice all the polish is still smudged and some even flaking off already. I paid $25 just to go home and wipe it all off. wouldn't recommend to anyone. used to be a regular, until I came for a fill and a week later my nails were peeling off. I called to get them fixed and the women who did them was rude and once she finished told me to " not wait so long next time" a week???? for gel nails?? i stopped going there, one day was in a pinch and needed a fill quickly and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. they were clumpy and chunky completely disgusting (picture below are my "coffin" gel nails) I wasn't going to complain so I went home to try and file them down but there was no fixing it so I went back to get them fixed, sure enough same attitude was given. who lets someone walk out like this? when i went back though the nails looked gorgeous, but not worth the rude service not to mention even if you make an appointment you may wait 1 hour plus. so many horror stories not mentioned. save your money for somewhere else. read more

I honestly wouldn't recommend this place at all. The techs are switching from person person the whole time and you never have their full attention even when you schedule an appointment ahead. I was called after my appointment and told I needed to cancel my appointment because my "nails were too hard to work on and they won't see me again because it hurt their shoulders". I have never in my life gone to get a pedicure and it the nail tech only did one coat of the nail polish. I called head at 9:30 to see if they had an opening and they told me 10:30, so I arrive and they seat me and another girl at once. And the same nail tech is working on both of us. I feel like she rushed and cut corners to fit both of us in. I don't like that, it's bad business practice. I can see the sides of my toe nails that never got painted, and dry skin on my feet she just ignored. They have such great reviews too I'm very disappointed with my experience. read more

I had been coming here for a few months and was happy with the service. I explained that even with my hearing aides, I still struggled to hear. As time went on, my manicurist became more and more impatient with me. He would grab the color samples out of my hands so I couldn't decide which color I liked best. He would chastise me by saying " one color, just one" but otherwise he would keep his head down even when I tried to engage in pleasant conversation. The last time I was here, a second employee, loudly saying " One color, just one." The salon was crowded that day and many of the customers could hear this. At the checkout I was called to the front of the line and then told to go back. I was completely bewildered when she told me that I was supposed to pay the lady behind me. The situation had become an embarrassing spectacle, I was humiliated by this disrespectful treatment. I will Never come back here again. read more
