She has absolutely flourished during her first year in this co-op preschool. She finds joy and confidence in the daily rhythm, open free play and time in the forest. Seeing her smiling face at pick up, which is often covered with mud from a fun filled day outside, is such a gift. Watercoloring, baking bread, making candles, learning beautiful songs and stories that celebrate the seasons and encourage connection to nature are just a handful of things that make up the daily rhythm. Most of all, we feel grateful that the majority of time at school is spent outside with exceptionally kind and inclusive teachers and children. We love being part of the co-op and her education. Five stars all day long to this beautiful school!

It's rare to find a place where children are not only supported, but truly seen--and that's exactly what Ms. Melynda and Ms. Erika bring to this community. They bring such kindness, compassion, and a sense of magic to every day. The gentle, Waldorf-inspired traditions--seasonal songs, nature stories, and rhythmic routines--create a warm, grounding environment the children absolutely thrive in. There is plenty of time and space for free play, and it's incredible to see how creative and imaginative the kids become in an outdoor classroom without toys. Nature provides everything they need. They teach respect for animals, plants, and all living things in the most natural, heartfelt ways. A bug rescue, a quiet moment under a tree, or caring for the forest together becomes part of how the children learn to move through the world with empathy and wonder. We feel incredibly grateful for this community and these teachers who make the forest feel like a second home for our child. Highly highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon WYLC, specifically Teacher Nupur who showed a very deep and purposeful interest in the work she is doing. In all of my years of working in child care facilities, I had not seen nor experienced anything nearly as intentional, child-centered, or loving as the environment that Teacher Nupur creates for these children. My daughter has attended since the beginning of the year 2024 and I have only wonderful things to say about the program. Teacher Nupur cares deeply for each child and provides so much love and support in her facility to help them thrive as individuals and become confident in themselves. This also shows in the amazing teachers that she trains personally so that each child is met with a loving, respectful and supportive teacher. She even cooks healthy food for the children that my daughter grew to love. (food that she wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole at home!) So much of what I love about the program, can be seen just by walking through the facility. Each wall and corner carefully and thoughtfully put together to create a kid friendly, positive and calm space. We love Teacher Nupur and are heart-broken to have to leave due to moving for work. Finding a new childcare facility that compares will be a near impossible feat.

We had visited a couple other learning centers/daycares in the area, neither of which left us feeling like they were right for our family. After our initial walk through and meeting with Nupur Singh who is the centers Director and teacher, we knew this was the place for us! Our little guy ended up attending for a little less then 3 years until graduating to Kindergarten this year. Before he started, our son was exceptionally shy when interacting with those outside of our family. Preschool was proving to be no exception but the teachers worked with him with patience, and gave him all the time he needed to come out of his shell. Our experience while he was in their care was a positive one and helped build an good academic foundation for elementary school. Him leaving this year was bittersweet for our family but we feel fortunate for the experience that we had and to have found teachers who truly care for their students.

They know how to encourage and how to support and how to motivate. The kids all enjoy each other's company, work out their problems on their own, know how and when to be polite. All the adults are creative, warm, nurturing. My kiddo is not yet six, is reading short sentences, asking for extra math for fun, and is a motivated, happy problem solver. We came here after a disastrous first year at a nearby Montessori chain (that has since closed), so the difference is especially visible to us. At the place we left, they had all the Montessori trinkets, but a revolving door of staff, most of whom were clearly not trained in the method or the materials. We have seen him grow developmentally in so many different ways and his excitement to go to school everyday is the best thing to see. All of the teacher's and staff are fantastic. Not only is everyone so welcoming, but they are always willing to work with the family, and are committed to creating a safe and inviting atmosphere for the students. My son's first teachers were Teacher Rylee, and Teacher Anna. Their dedication to helping these little minds grow and thrive is truly remarkable. I have watched how they have helped my son (3.5 yrs old) develop better coping skills with emotional and physical regulation. With these new learning skills, I have seen a stronger sense of awareness from him. His teachers always have days planned out with fun and educational activities. They have provided him with a creative learning environment setting healthy boundaries, while also still allowing him to be himself and have fun. I always feel 100% confident my child is being well looked after. Thank you Pipster Prep for everything. If you want to send your child to the best preschool setting you can ask for, send them here. -Colie
