This was ridiculous. I found what I wanted on their website but since I was an hour away I called in to make sure it was in stock. The woman didn't know. She asked 3x what I was looking for. Said she couldn't find it on their site (later learned it was hanging on the wall behind her). I got so frustrated trying to get through to her so I just hung up and placed my order online. Before I could leave she canceled my order. I called in and she gave some stupid excuses and I spent another 5-10 minutes talking to her on the phone. She said to reorder so I did. I drove there and got in to find she had canceled it again (because I had hung up on her before). Then she took my ID three times and started entering in my drivers license number. I stopped her, citing privacy violation. She said she couldn't find me in there. Again, I told her I was a first time customer. Even having checked my ID over and over and over again, she still got the name wrong... and continued to get my name wrong again... two different names that started with the same letter. She wasn't high either. I asked to speak with the manager who said we could talk right there in front of her. I told him I wanted privacy... so he just moved down the counter...and here this woman (some black woman without a name tag) moved down, listening in! This was an outrageous experience at a dispensary... privacy violations and I would never trust to go there again if she's working. She should have been fired on the spot instead I got a weak "I'm sorry" from the manager. read more
