My family moved to the area last year and picked this provider since it was the closest and appeared to be able to handle a variety of specialties. This week was probably the straw the broke the camels back for us. After several attempts to reach the because my son hadn't felt well we took him to urgent care. They gave prednisone and asked to follow up with his PCP. We managed to get a hold of them to schedule an appointment since he still wasn't better and we were sure he was having another sinus infection which isn't abnormal for him. We arrived before the scheduled appointment of 2pm. We waited for 50 minutes without being checked in or even acknowledged. I may be able to wrap my head around this if they were actually busy. The waiting room had 1 patient aside from us. We would not recommend their practice to anyone looking for a reliable/dependable
