From my experience, they've always been kind and helpful, and you can always be in touch with a sales associate if a particular frame is sold out and you want to stay updated when they get one in stock! You can always come in whenever you want as well to get your frames adjusted which is convenient, as sometimes mine would get loose and I can just come in and be serviced. While the price may seem high, I believe that the quality of every frame is high up there, added with service and uniqueness, it all is a worth while investment and small luxury upgrade.
