One of my colleagues, Matt, who is a researcher by day and spin class instructor in the early morning at the local YMCA in Greenville convinced the VP and myself to meet at 4:30 AM for a spin class at 5 AM. Nuff said - it was a done deal. For an hour we sweated through pop, country and heavy metal music on stationary bikes. It was a great class. We even took advantage of the gym to work out. Good size with modern equipment (some of which looked better than the ones at my local 24 Hr Fitness)! At around 6:45 AM I was really happy I went - and what a great way to meet some locals.
