I come here because my business has a corporate account here, and its very close to work. Why do I hate it so much? No one smiles . . . . ever. A few tellers roll their eyes consistently at 70% of the customers I see them deal with. No Thank Yous are ever made unless a customer says it. If I had a penny for every time one of these tellers miscounted a deposit, well I would arguably have at least whats in their sad excuse for a vault. Its dirty, slow, and just sad. The few good tellers they have had all left. When I see them around town, they acknowledge that this location is a black hole of doom. Terrible to use Harry Potter as an example for anything, but really this place is much like Azkaban with Dementors for tellers that suck happiness out those who visit there. You leave each visit just feeling empty and frustrated. Cuss words don't clarify and justify any experience here. Long story short and after many visits from my management team and area managers, we moved our corporate account over to wells fargo. Further drive, but we leave as happy as we came. On the flip side, if you use U S Bank, go to the Albertsons branch down the road. Its a completely opposite experience, but they are a 1/6th the size and in a grocery store.

Anyway I go to sun West Bank and they give me the money from my debit cards. Still don't know why Wells Fargo could not. Then I go to deposit the cash in my mother in laws account. They could not take the cash because I was not a member. It had to be a money order. I'm sorry is cash not a good form of transactions anymore.
