Maggie was great to work with. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she made it happen! Highly recommend.

When the spa was first bought, the salesman was super friendly. After coming in a few times for…read moresupplies, the salesman seemed disinterested in speaking with me to the point of dismissive. The counter personnel are super nice, though. After a couple of years, a new spa cover was ordered (the old one had the seams come apart) which took 6 weeks to arrive and be installed. No exact date of arrival could be found by everyone who answered their phones. The top arrives and is installed (the bars weren't tightened and the top is loose but we have tools). It's much lighter than the previous and, having it for just a little over a week (still working around our schedules to get it cleaned out, purged and ready for use), already a small hole on the underside facing the water has been found and stains that we can only assume are from either recent rains or birds on the top. We'll have to patch the hole (it's super small but this is another reason we had to order a new one). There doesn't appear to be any quality control once the top is ordered as, when it arrived, it was still in the manufacturer's box. For $850+, next time a new cover is needed, we'll look elsewhere. (Going to work so I'll add photos later)

I'm been a happy customer of Fiesta since we built our pool in 1995. They've provided excellent…read moreservices and products throughout the years. We have always depended on their service department for the opening and closing of our pool. For me, having this longstanding relationship with them gives me security knowing they provided sound advice and patience. This year has been tough on me and my family. I was recently diagnosed with having the BRCA2 gene mutation and had to undergo prophylactic bilateral mastectomies. Kerri and the entire service department has gone above and beyond with scheduling my pool opening. She has not only assisted with rescheduling but has been genuinely concerned with my recovery. Becoming a customer at Fiesta is like joining a big, very smart and compassionate family. I highly recommend Fiesta for all swimming pool needs from construction to products to, especially, service.

Our family's pool journey began with an 8-foot diameter, 700-gallon stock tank that we put an…read moreabove-ground pool filter on during the summer of 2020, partially as a test to see if the kids would really use a pool but also as a distraction from the crazy COVID era. It was a total hit, so we started talking about in-ground pool options during late Spring 2021. Not necessarily sold on the idea of a fiberglass pool, we reached out to a manufacturer for more info on them as part of our due diligence and received an email from Vista Pools within less than an hour which led to a phone call and some preliminary ballpark info then a formal quote followed. Over the course of the next 6 weeks and consultations with several other area pool builders, Scott patiently indulged all our questions and even provided a recommendation for a vinyl liner pool builder when we told him we thought we were going to go that direction. At the end of the day though, and hearing many pool building horror stories, we felt the higher-priced investment of going the fiberglass route thru Vista Pools was worth the additional expense because Scott was the only pool builder we consulted with that we felt we could truly trust to do the job right. By the end of July 2021, we were under contract and our pool was ordered from the manufacturer with an anticipated late 2021/early 2022 dig date. Our dig started late January and 9 weeks later the project was finished. Scott was very communicative throughout the entire process, always letting us know when his crews would be onsite working, and was onsite & hands-on when he needed to be. Not to mention, all the calls/texts he answered during the entire process! Scott's crews that worked on the different phases of the build were all trustworthy, respective of us and our property, and worked hard to get the job done right and on time. And let's talk about integrity- they made us aware of problems that popped up during the build that we wouldn't have ever noticed on our own then put in the time and effort to make them right. That was the a-ha moment we knew we chose the right company for the job. Throughout the entire process, invoicing and the payment schedule was very transparent and easy which helped cutting such large checks less stressful. Vista made sure the pool was cleaned properly and we knew how to operate everything prior to "handing over the keys" so we felt confident in being new pool owners. Even after project completion, Scott still makes himself available to answer all of our new pool owner questions regarding the operation of our pool equipment, water chemistry, etc! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. And we recommend Vista Pools all the time to anyone who will listen.

I left a message to have a phone call returned twice and didn't receive one. When I was able to finally track her down, she was very rude and condescending. To the point I wish I never spent money with Fiesta. I didn't feel like a valued costumer. They opened my pool but wanted to charge me extra to tell me the state of my pool and equipment in an email. I feel if something was off about the pool they wouldn't have hasted to make some money off the repairs. Same way their chemicals are ridiculously overpriced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 2 stars just because of Mike the pool guy.

I did not receive a follow up email to confirm my appt or inform me of an appt. I called in and spoke with Kerri Record who let me know that email goes to spam sometimes and she would email or call me back with a date and let me know they put on cover. No email in spam. Week and a half went by with no communication, so I sent in email so I could know a date. She replied saying the date. On the day of while they were servicing I received a call from servicer saying they would not put on cover because it wasn't bought from them although I was not informed of that. Very frustrated with service as I stated I did not have prior knowledge of pools. Not a happy customer and will not be using them again.

Sales vs. Service…read more This is not the first time I've walked out of Leslie's feeling like their "customized treatment plan" was more about selling me extra chemicals than actually getting my pool balanced efficiently. My recent visit was yet another example. What Leslie's Recommended * Add nearly 9 lbs of Alkalinity Up to raise alkalinity. * Follow immediately with 7 lbs of Dry Acid (pH Down) to lower pH. The problem? Alkalinity Up raises both alkalinity and pH, and then Dry Acid lowers both alkalinity and pH. In other words, they tried to sale me a product to push my water one way, and another product to push it back the other way. The net result? My water chemistry ends up about the same, but I've bought twice the chemicals. What the Test Results Actually Showed * Free Chlorine: 0.2 ppm (dangerously low) * pH: 8.3 (too high, chlorine won't work well) * Alkalinity: 75 ppm (slightly low, but not critical) The real problem was high pH and no chlorine. The most direct solution was simple: * Add a moderate dose of pH Down (2.5-3 lbs). * Wait an hour, then shock with 4 gallons of liquid chlorine. This addresses the core issue immediately, allowing chlorine to sanitize effectively. Only after the pool clears and stabilizes should alkalinity be fine-tuned and in this case, it would take far less than the 9 lbs they prescribed. Why This Feels Sales-Driven Instead of recommending the one step I needed most (lowering pH so chlorine could work), Leslie's plan layered in unnecessary products, driving up cost. It's a pattern I've seen before: solve a minor issue (slightly low alkalinity) in a way that creates another imbalance (raising pH higher), then sell the counter-chemical to "fix" it. The Smarter Approach By following the simpler path, pH Down now, chlorine shock after circulation, then retest tomorrow, I'll know right away if the problem is under control. From there, I can decide if alkalinity even needs adjusting. This avoids chemical waste, unnecessary expense, and keeps the focus where it should be: on actually clearing the pool. Look for results tomorrow, I will follow up post. Final Take Leslie's missed the opportunity (again) to give advice that put my pool back on track quickly and cost-effectively. Instead of being a trusted partner in pool care, they came across as pushing product. The practical, stepwise approach works better and future testing will prove that good chemistry doesn't require buying half the aisle of chemicals. STAY TUNNED FOR UPDATED TEST RESULTS
