Don't know how many others out there have struggled with the kitchen cabinets that have the "European hinges"; but, if you've ever encountered them, you know what a pain they are to adjust!! If they're not adjusted properly, the doors hit each other, rub against each other, and simply won't close properly! Each hinge has 3 adjustment screws and needs the patience of a saint to finally get the adjustment just right!! My husband called yesterday morning and Benny told him he'd be out in the afternoon. Arrived around 1:30 and worked on our "small" problem about 2 1/2 hours! Can't say enough good things about our experience with Benny! We'll certainly be calling him again to help with things around the house that my husband can no longer do!!! read more

Benny Sunde inspected a leaking ceiling and faulty garage roof. He provided a reasonable quote for a very complicated job. Other companies said repairs were impossible and a reef tear off was needed for ~ 25k. Benny broke down the cost into manageable components that were affordable. His attention to detail included repairs & removal of: mold, contaminated insulation, animal nests, and roof repair without exorbitant fees. Benny even worked into late hours to complete the work on time. We will continue to work with him on future home improvement and recommend him as a five star contractor. On a personal note, Benny Sunde endured a trau injury during a hazardous work assignment. He contacted us & apologized for causing any inconvenience or delay from the Dr's office. Hire this guy! Do not get a quote from anywhere else. He is honest and cheaper than the "companies" that tried to rip me off. He cared while he fixed my broken pipe issue, and stayed on it until I was satisfied. I have a list for him for some other items that are not "emergency" in manner.
