The bulbs are expired and outdated. I did the stand up one which is supposed to be the strongest…read morefor 10 mins, the max is 14 mins. After getting in and turning the bed on I could tell the bulbs were weak. I even bought their tanning excellerator lotion. After ten mins I got out and asked the attendant to let me do the 4 mins I had left as I could tell they were crappy bulbs..she rudely said she couldn't do that. After this terrible experience I am a very disappointed and unhappy customer. Take your business elsewhere. If I was in the strongest bed I cant imagine how weak the other beds bulbs are. Worst place ever. Unfortunately they wouldnt take my mastercard so I paid cash otherwise I would ask my credit card company to refund the charge. Regretful customer. Never again.
