It was just delicious, the fries were crisp. Everything was very hot and delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful answered all of our questions, they are only open from 11 to 230 for lunch on Sunday after church. The place was packed, but our food was brought quickly and efficiently, we definitely enjoy it. Got to spend a couple of minutes talking to the owner, who's a very nice guy, and you can tell that this is a family run business, and they cater to their customers. There were a lot of regulars as the wait staff was addressing them by name and saying thank you for coming back back.

BTW their Sour Dough Toast is the best... I usually get the special, two eggs, bacon, toast, grits... I know it's hard to mess up breakfast. The coffee is good. The service is just like I got from my grandparents. These people are the salt of the earth. More than once I've given $100 for a tip. Yesterday morning the lady checking me out said "I think you made a mistake on your tip." I said "No Ma'am, I was shooting for 200% and that's pretty close"... She offered me a piece of cake to take home. :-) These people are simply your grandparents, your Sunday school teachers, Aunt "B" from Mayberry... The bread was some of the best on a sandwich I have ever had, nice and soft and not too little or too much bread where it overpowers the rest of the sandwich. Every bit of the sandwich and fries was tasty (picture was from their website- forgot to take one). The service was friendly, didn't take long at all before we had our food and they were attentive but not annoying. For those that love the old style family restaurant's, this is a must visit.
