Today he textured our guest room that had old wall paper on top of cheap panelling. It feels like it is, a room in a new home. It is beautiful! And will be lovely after it's painted. I personally didn't know how I was going to improve this tired old room till Ron suggested the Texture! What a great idea! This is why I bring Ron out to the house when I'm not sure what or how something can be fixed. He always has an idea and solution. That always saves me in the long run financially. Here are a few other projects & repairs Ron has done out here.. He built us a medium Back Deck to replace the 3 single steps, leading to the backyard. He rebuilt a pair of stairs and rails coming off my deck at either end. He replaced the ceiling in our Walk In Closet! He built us, beautiful Stone & Concrete Stairs going from the lower yard to the upper yard! He replaced a wall on our dinning room. He's replaced doors, including the front door and gifted us a lovely Glass Screen Door. Ron put a new Roof on our home, along with helping our neighbors finish their Roof, on their Shop! When the Bomb Cyclone took out our Awning off the Shop and a complete Exterior Section of our home, he repaired them (1/3/23)... He built us hugh open/close doors on our shop. I know I am forgetting more projects/repairs, as I contact Ron whenever I need a job done.. Why? Because I know I can trust him 100%. He is Honest, Fast, Reliable and stands behind the Quality of his Work and his Word! I don't know if my review will do Ron the justice and recognition he deserves for the decades of Quality Work he has given to myself and his other customers. He truly is a diamond in the rough in the competitive contracting world. I know Ron was raised by his father with tools in his hands since he was very young. Learning to build houses from the ground up. There isn't anything Ron can't build. He also has built some beautiful Tiny Home's. Ron is replacing my daughters beautiful hard wood flooring at her victorian home that our Jan 13th 24, storm destroyed. Mr. Ron Arruda is Licensed & Bonded!
