The people working out are of all ages, shapes and sizes from obese to extremely fit, from young attending with a parent, to retired seniors maintaining a healthy body, and of course the majority are somewhere in between. Feels like everyone is welcome. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It's affordable and has what I need. If you are a body builder or someone seeking very heavy weights, you might need to look for a different kind of gym.
