They also provide detailed invoices so you are fully aware of costs and are easy to communicate with on cost saving ideas. Their shop may not have everything but they can order it for you to look at and give you sound advice on what you may want based on the use (i.e. I have 3 boys so I need a higher traffic floor) I never had communication or work this good with other contractors. Plus they really do show respect for the homeowner. The past ones would only talk to the man of the house (and the woman of the home is the breadwinner) Grants clearly respects everyone!
