He…read moreseem nice and decent type after he look at my property he gave his price do driveway and 40' x 40' house pad. He said $2500 we agree and hired him. He had couple small jobs to complete but he could do it and be done by January 31. We discuss how the payment plan goes he said I will call you two days in advance before he starts to pay half and when jobs finish you pay the rest we agreed. He said he'll talk with his secretary to draw service invoice and to email him so he have my email and sent service document to me. That I did 2 days after because we just got back to Maui and was busy couldn't do email until the following day so I wait day after no email 2nd day still no email from BJ's office so again I asked Dennis to call BJ let him know we never get email. That's when we saw unethical conducts from his secretary (wife)she told Dennis she'll talk with BJ and will get back with the estimate. I get email from her asking for my property TMK AND IF MY PROPERTY WAS SURVEYED. I was perturb by that because BJ saw the stakes in the ground obviously there were lack of communications between them. Also looked like she (Krystina Okimura) was giving us the run a rounds. I clarified a few things in my email that my son and I are the owners of that property. Dennis is there to be witness to my business transactions be it verbal or written. He is there to get me, my son and pets settle in on my property and BJ gave his estimate. From now on anything to do with property please to consult with me not Dennis. All we need is that agreement of service. Few minutes later Dennis phone rings I gave him his phone it was that unethical secretary telling Dennis she got an email from and that I'm arguing with her. That is when I said I am not arguing with you. I am informing you of these facts. Why is she making it so difficult I sent documents to her as she requested. Why call Dennis to say I am arguing. I going to make a complaint to BJ she says he is my husband I said that's good then why is she treating his customers this way you are the one making it complicated. She continue on and on that I could not waste any more time with an uneducated unethical person I hanged up than I emailed BJ saying that I could not worked with Krystina I am regretfully cancelling his service and wished him well. Told Dennis to call BJ and tell him what went occur and reason I cancelled. He did and BJ said because of my email cancelling he will not do the job. I don't recommend this company.

They basically drag their children, brother-in-law and nephew to do the labor without any training! My landscape is still not done after 9 months work. I am hiring someone else now to fix the disaster they left behind. They also broke my gate and did not fix it after my numerous requests. They have left my property unsecured for months. They also trespassed my property without notice after I terminated their work which I have reported to the authority. I will do everything I can to expose their lies and mis-conducts. Do not believe a word Kerry tells you. The good reviews you see here were from long time ago before he acquired this company. Pay attention to the recent reviews and they are all 1 star. Warning!
