I called multiple times and they finally got what was needed for my prescription in on Friday. They said they would have the prescription ready by 11am that day. I stopped by the pharmacy at 12:25pm, in order to give them plenty of time. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait I waited for 35 minutes and I finally went up to the counter. I then asked the girl if my prescription was going to be ready anytime soon and she said let me grab it and give it to the pharmacist so he can check it. She gave it to the pharmacist and he handed it immediately back to her and then she handed it to me. this is something that she could have done right when I walked up to the counter at 12:25pm. I feel that they purposely made me wait and I felt very disrespected. The prescription that was supposed to be ready by 11 AM was not actually ready until 1:05 PM and that was after I waited 35 minutes and had to go up to the counter for a second time to remind them. If I didn't go back up to the counter, who knows how long I would've sat there waiting. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never return, I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere.
