While away from home, I had a need to get a cashier's check for some business payment I needed to mail out. Honestly, the only bank account I actively use these days is the one from a PNW regional credit union that I opened an account with back when I was living in Seattle. I never really felt an urge to open additional accounts just because my financials were pretty much all set electronically using electronic methods like mobile a0pps, electronic transfer, etc. But with my recent need for a payment and without a personal check on hand to write my payment, I decided to stop by Wells Fargo on a Saturday morning to see if they could help me issue a cashier's check given I currently have a credit card with them...and used to have a bank account with them eons ago (luckily, they open half day Saturday, too!). Upon walking in, the staff greeted me..not just one...but a few of them. They were a bit busy helping a few other customers but got to help me as soon as they were done helping otger customers. Prop to the staff Debra who helped me navigate and got my cashier's check...in and out in less than 15 min! I could tell she had my best interests as a customer at heart, too. Very sweet and friendly staff! I wouldn't mind stopping by again. In fact, the place is pretty convenient. It's right in center of Deming...clean and has plenty of parking spots! Lucky, they have wonderful and friendly staff to help customers with financial needs, too! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I rarely expext such a positive vibe from a national brand these days...so it was a pleasant surprise!

The windows to the entrance were clean giving a feeling of cleanliness during an era where we understand that the most prolific threat to humanity is that which we don't see, the pathogen; cleanliness is a factor. The rugs/walkways are fixed with no elevations avoiding trip hazards for the elderly and other abled. The communal area is clean and with art and ambiance consistent with the southwestern motif. The staff are clean and professional with a pleasant yet business like presence yet I feel like I am family when I get the opportunity to come here. I am promptly welcomed and progress quickly about my business, relaxed yet with a sense of urgency respective of my time. I enjoy the small city banking feeling. I appreciate the cleanliness and the cultural appropriateness of the lobby. The one area that I feel is an area for improvement is the ATM's need to be moved in to the 21st century and made compatible with Apple Pay. The web site contains the Apple Pay symbol but the ATM does not appear to support Apple Pay. I use Apple Pay almost exclusively since getting robbed I am sensitive to the trouble and the work that comes with losing physical control of one's cards. With the security features of smart phones I feel more secure in keeping my physical cards at home in the safe and working with my digital ally. Otherwise a pleasant banking experience.
