Stayed here in 2022 with two friends for my birthday in February. Clean room and wonderful staff. 10/10 will be back in 2025. Thanks to Luis and his team. Property is small but that makes it so much easier to get in and out of. I rented a convertible for my birthday and he let me park it there with my friends and we had a fantastic girl's weekend in the middle of February, coming down all the way from Boston just for the weekend. Loved this cute spot . The room was more like a little apartment with all the necessities and a very clean little kitchenette. I can get to the beach in 2 minutes (walking). Most importantly the bed and sheets were spotless and super clean. The managers Luis & Vanessa were super hospitable and welcoming. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone. First time in Miami Beach, a friend recommended this place and it was a very nice choice. First it is very close to public beach access, right across street, beach chairs to use at beach a huge bonus. Love to be at the beach as much as possible. The rooms spacious, small kitchen, large bedroom with king bed. Housekeeping daily. Harding Ave a very short walk, lots of restaurants and Bal Harbour Shops and restaurants also a short walk. The only negative not right on beach and a bit noisy at times, the drivers really like their horns around here but would definitely pick this place again. read more
