I usually get here on Saturday about 09, they open at 09 but if you get here at 0830 a majority of the ppl are set up and there is plenty of parking. This place is outside with vendors spreadout over about half a block and dog friendly. I can't really say to much about the vendors but I can speak on a few I have bought things from. The cute little dog treats I buy Everytime I go my dogs just love them. I also love the little lady who sells the jewelry at the end, prices are very reasonable and several pieces to choose from. I cannot forget the flowers they are so beautiful I get them the majority of the time. Overall this is a great little place to go checkout on Saturday mornings.

We were able to walk around the farm to look at all the animals that were living their lives with not a care in the world. We even managed to save a little goat who got its head stuck in the fencing. We informed the owners and they headed out to free the little guy. There's plenty to see, including interesting farm equipment. They have a gift shop and café on site as well. We stopped in the café for some dessert to take back home with us and we bought a bunch of handmade soaps from the gift shop. This is a place you would want to visit with the kids or even come with some adult friends for a bite to eat but make sure you find out the café's operating times as they are limited.

The best coffee spot in town by a country mile…read more Sumter is very much a country town with the only coffee spots being the few usual chains. The one thing all have in common is that specialty coffee is really sugary. And I'm no stranger to my sugary carmel lattes, but you really taste the coffee quality here and it is FAR better than anything else you'll get it town. The only food options asides sweets and yogurt are the breakfast burritos (egg, cheese, and sausage/bacon/potato). I usually get the bacon egg and cheese burrito when I stop to get coffee during my lunch break. My favorite feature of the coffee shop is the coffee shop itself. I can't overstate how nice this place is compared to any place in town outside the few restaurants on Main Street. I went on a date here once and would recommend this to anyone looking for that first meet up to get to know each other. I recently moved from Sumter, but when I visit again in the morning/early afternoon, I'll be here again for sure.

Pick your choice of fish when you order; whiting, tilapia, flounder and there are fish choices that I didn't catch (see photos for the fish choices). Also a choice of hot sauce on the fish. It took about 30-45 minutes but it may have been less than that because we left and came back to pay and pick up. What's also great about this place is the fish is cooked fresh. Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted. Two sitting tables by the door can be used to enjoy your food. Bottled drinks are $2.49 and they have tea lemonade for $1.95. We paid $30.88 for our meal and 2 drinks. Pretty affordable and a lot of locals support this business. So support local!
