Sad a, one time, good doctor couldn't grasp your meaning when explaining how wrong your brain feels…read morewhen you are getting where you can't walk, get your balance, feel like fur is growing on your hands, feet feel like panty hose are wrapped around them. Your brain feels like it's being blown out the back of your head, being choked by a wire around your neck, just weird feelings all over from head to toe... Like feeling like you're bouncing on a trampoline or springs on your feet or like your feet sliding out from under you but you APPEAR fine so you're not heard properly and diagnosed with anything at all (other than it could be ms, stroke, etc.) after several years of trying to keep yourself from crashing emotionally from all the weird feelings going on that HAS to come from your brain. What kind of doc fixes this except a neurologist?? Told I need a sleep test, which I agreed to but never gets set up, several times, turns into MY fault. This is crazy when I sleep fine. That's totally not an issue. My "off" feelings are after several falls, banging my head and neck, hard. You'd think I could have been helped some, by now. Instead, I'm getting worse DAILY. I'll die, going down like a rock before anything gets done to help me. Now, I'm told to go elsewhere because I didn't get one medicine I already had that didn't work with all I have to take and the sleep test, they didn't set up. Ok. I'll do that. But, how your bedside manner could be greatly improved is important for you, doc. Your compassion for someone very sick is seriously lacking when you don't want to listen to the real problem the patient feels. Nobody knows their body more than the person feeling it. Comprende? I'm a very letdown and hurt ex-patient. It stinks that I had such faith in your abilities. Key word.. HAD. Thanks

They charge no-show fees, yet it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I've tried calling, emailing, faxing, and replying to texts with no response. Every visit has meant a long wait, and I'm willing to wait but the overall experience just isn't worth it. I've stuck with this place only because it's required for workers' comp; otherwise, I'd be long gone. I'm writing this review as I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and still counting, I've had other times where I've been on hold for almost an hour. They still use paper charts, there's no patient portal, and medication transfers take forever. If you're stuck with this clinic, treat the front desk like your last lifeline, book everything, ask everything, double-check everything, because once you walk out, it's radio silence. If you're looking for a regular provider, responsive care, avoid this place. And if you don't believe me, just follow the trail of 1- and 2-star reviews. I'm far from the only one.

Dr Anderson himself is ok and an ok doctor but he fails to listen to the patient and the patient has to repeat themselves multiple times over multiple visits and then has to have a stern talking to the doctor before he takes a moment to actually stop and listen. He does a poor job of running his business at the satellite office in Clarksville. He would be better suited in a hospital where he has co-workers who manage him and the patients time properly.

What makes it even more ridiculous is that I already completed the online check-in the day before. Yet when I finally got to the desk, I still had to hand over my driver's license and insurance card and verbally verify all the same information that was supposedly completed online. So what exactly is the point of online check-in if patients still have to redo everything at the front desk? Standing in a crowded waiting room line for over half an hour when you're not feeling well isn't a great first impression. The process feels extremely inefficient and defeats the entire purpose of offering online registration in the first place. Hopefully the medical care is better than the check-in process, but based on the first experience, the front-end system definitely needs some serious improvement.

I have been diagnosed with several bone and joint related problems in my back that need surgery. I…read more previously had a lumbar laminectomy to help minimize pain. That surgery was performed by a surgeon in Las Vegas. That surgery was considered a minimally invasive surgery. However, it took me nearly 5 months to heal enough to return to work without significant pain. The bigger issue was that I had more issues post surgery than I did before. I developed numbness in both legs and down to my feet as well as having strong shocks down my legs. I was referred to Dr. Arthur Ulm to help me with this issue. He agreed I wad a candidate for surgery given the symptoms I was presenting. I had surgery 4 weeks ago, and feel like a million bucks! He did an amazing job! Not only do I have relief from the aches and pains of joint issues, but the shocks going down my legs to my feet are gone! I haven't had this much pain and discomfort relief in over 8 years. He knows what he's doing for sure. His staff was attentive and helpful to me and my wife. He was very communicative and prepared. I felt very comfortable gabbing this work done under his charge. I would recommend him for anyone asking about him. Very happy with the result!

Berry offered medication for the 6 week wait to get surgery which was a very very mild narcotic and I told him I couldn't take that because of a reaction I had. He then refused to refill my prescription that had been working !!!THAT HIS NURSE PRESCRIBED to me weeks prior!!! Yes that is correct, my condition was way worse than prior and he basically offered nothing to help for 3 disc that need to be replaced in my neck and fused to tide over the 6 week wait for surgery. Sound appropriate for a 6 week wait when I tell him its been hell functioning. Also got up twice in our visit to take cell phone calls while in the room. He has no business in this field. His demeanor, ethics, and experience is significantly less than that of what you would think of a surgeon. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
