Nestled among Sedona's iconic red rocks, the views are absolutely stunning, and there's something incredibly peaceful and sacred about being here. It truly feels like one of the holiest places in Arizona. The chapel itself is small but warm and welcoming, making the experience feel even more intimate. The adorable gift shop is another favorite of mine! It brings back so much nostalgia from my Catholic school field trips growing up. Another wonderful touch is the volunteers who drive golf carts up and down the hill, helping visitors get to and from the chapel if they aren't able to find parking near the top. It's such a thoughtful service, especially for those who may have difficulty with the uphill walk! This is one of those special places I find myself returning to whenever I'm in Sedona. Whether you're visiting for your faith, the architecture, or simply the incredible scenery, it's an experience you won't forget. Truly a must-see!

My friend and I were able to find parking in the lot and walk right up to the top! The chapel itself is very small and probably only fits about 30 people for service, but the gift shop underneath was much larger than I expected. What stood out most to me was the incredible scenery all around: the red rocks, blue sky, and sweeping valley views made it such a memorable place and there were photo-worthy views in almost every direction. The best part was definitely the view outside, since the mountains looked absolutely incredible.

Michael Mirdad is such a skilled speaker he kept me and my friends' attention for over 6 hours - and that was after ther service we just attended! Added bonus was their store where we bought books, jewelry and other items. I was in area last week with my daughter and went to nearby stores- we left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of us and bought nothing. Here- however we bought items at a good price and no tax since they are a church! My friends mom just passed and our day hete was the best medicine we could of asked for- it was truly divine. Cathedral Rock is a moderate trail. I highly recommend that if you're not used to using all hands,…read morefeet and your butt to climb, hike and walk through then don't attempt to go far here. You have to park in a lot, take the metro rail to the entrance and then make sure you use the bathroom first thing because there are no other bathrooms. Watch others to see how they tackle the rocks and hills and different areas. Also, trust when I say that you will get red dirt all over you and what you carry. Make sure you have a backpack and water bottle that you can just carry on your person. When you reach the top, it is truly a masterpiece! Going down was harder than going up by the way. Be very careful on your way down. Took us about 1.5 hours to get to the top and then about the same going back down. Watched a few people slip and fall, walk barefoot, and even touch the cactus. We're so glad we took this trail as beginners in Sedona.
