I called to pay my invoice within 30 days and they upcharged my gas from 2.99 gallon to 3.29 a gallon against the terms in their invoice. I tried to discuss the definition of Net 30 with their less than understanding office staff who argued with me about what Net 30 means. They denied the definition and instead argued with me. I would have gladly split the difference with them. I guess the only privately owned gas company in town has no desire to keep new customers.

That's why! I never called back either. I'm afraid he'll find me after telling the truth here. He was NOT happy when I cancelled on him so I kept a copy of him exploding on me in case the police need that.
