If you have ever felt like "just a number" or "just a patient" at another doctor give Dr Hunter a try. She listens to everything you have to say and I can tell is GENUINELY concerned about your health and well being. I have congestive heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it. My other doctor had been prescribing the same medications FOREVER. Dr Hunter was not afraid to try some different meds and I am happy to say I have never done better. My grandmother, mother, and I all go to her and in fact, I think she may even not accept new patients because she is so busy. I heard that about 5 years ago, though, so that definitely could have changed. I can't recall how long it takes to get in to see her, but I know it wasn't exceptionally long. Maybe a month or so. Also, I had a health savings account and it was only $35 out of my HSA account. Definitely a recommended primary care doctor!
