However, again, the refrigerator is less than 5 years old, and has already broken once in a similar way about a year ago at which point the whole fridge was cleaned and was fixed. He told me that the freezer was fully packed (it was not) and the unit had not been maintained....they had been fixed about a year ago during maintenance. He ultimately denied our insurance claim due to failure to perform routine maintenance. Not only is that a garbage diagnosis and a HUGE blow to my family, he was rude the entire time. I see here many people have had different experiences, that is great for them, I sure hope he is not like how he was to us to all clients. Yikes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
